What you will be responsible for
As a Client Service Specialist you will

  • Resolve a broad range of corporate action questions a variety of requests for internal and external clients
  • Accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of results
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and resolve issues
  • Maintain working knowledge of processing activities
  • Communicate professionally and timely while utilizing proper method of communication with business units and clients
  • Support the client service experience for internal and external clients
