Executive Administrative Assistant

The Firm is responsible for assets under management of approximately $2B and is located in downtown Baltimore.

Job Summary:
This is an experienced position that supports senior executives, the investment team, as well as other functional area of Patient Capital Management, primarily assisting the Founder and CIO.

The Executive Administrative Assistant duties include:

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive(s)
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Manage correspondence, packages, etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records, documents, and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office and pantry supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Welcome and register guests/visitors
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Track and monitor various performance metrics for the team
  • Assist the organization of various team members
  • Special projects


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on precision and brevity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
