Portfolio Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for highly active portfolio manager and members of team
  • Prepare correspondence for internal and external clients
  • Daily review and maintenance of client accounts, including any administrative changes or cash/security movements and insufficient funds for scheduled remittances
  • Assist in the creation, coordination, and completion of team marketing material and client reporting
  • Interact with operations and middle office to resolve any account discrepancies
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls, coordinate conference rooms, luncheons, etc.
  • Process account openings/closings, transfers, address changes and other client requests
  • Handle client inquiries regarding account information, online access, documentation and reporting
  • Support administration for Institutional Separately Managed Accounts
  • Prepare materials for Account Reviews across different business lines
  • Answer, screen and route high volume of time sensitive phone calls; communicate accurate and detailed messages
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportation
  • Process travel & entertainment reports and reimbursements
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed
