The Talent Attraction Specialist supports a broad portfolio of activity that promotes HSBC as an employer of choice across the talent acquisition lifecycle, in all prospective employee segments (university students, graduates and experienced professionals), across all lines of business and functions, for the Americas. This role is part of our Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing team which partners with our Talent Development and Emerging Talent teams, to work in a high-performing, fast-paced and collaborative partnership to support and deliver HSBC’s flagship programs and attract top talent to our organization.

Here’s what you can expect:
As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will focus on campaigns to support talent attraction for our local roles as well as our global programs.  Campaigns include supporting our internship and graduate programs across our Global Businesses.  You will also partner on brand campaigns to broaden the reach within the US and across the Americas to attract talent.

For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $129,800 and $194,700.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
