What you will be responsible for
As a Transfer Agency Call Center Associate 2 you will

  • Provide first class customer service to our clients.
  • Provide professional and courteous to our clients.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Validate or resolve discrepancies per client specific guidelines.
  • Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the Transfer Agency and deliver excellent service to clients.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
  • Monitor and ensure internal and external inquiries are researched and resolved timely.
  • Monitor upcoming client deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and share knowledge across the team.
  • Assist management in the implementation of new policies and procedures, participates in projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
