What you will be responsible for
As a Transfer Agency Call Center Associate 2 you will
- Provide first class customer service to our clients.
- Provide professional and courteous to our clients.
- Ability to multitask.
- Validate or resolve discrepancies per client specific guidelines.
- Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the Transfer Agency and deliver excellent service to clients.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
- Monitor and ensure internal and external inquiries are researched and resolved timely.
- Monitor upcoming client deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and share knowledge across the team.
- Assist management in the implementation of new policies and procedures, participates in projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
