About the Firm:
We are an employee-owned Global deep value boutique Investment Manager based in New York City. We were founded in 2016 and manage assets across a variety of investment vehicles – Mutual Fund, Separate Account and Private Fund.

About the Opportunity:
We are actively seeking an individual to join the staff as an Operations Associate. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to take an active role in the operations of a growing organization. It is a Full-Time, Hybrid role.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Oversight of the firm’s Operations function in conjunction with the Management Committee
  • Ensure trade settlement for listed equities and foreign exchange transactions
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting and reconciliation files as necessary
  • Assistance with preparation of regulatory filings (13F, FORM ADV, etc.) and reporting (Form N-PX)
  • Work closely with traders, brokers, custodians, and fund administrators
  • Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3‐5 years of relevant experience in trade operations
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to write/maintain macros and other advanced formulas)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Desire to work in a small, growing firm

Systems experience:

  • Bloomberg Required
  • SS&C EZE PMA a plus
  • Experience or familiarity with coding a plus
