Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Planning

The Senior Director, Strategy reports to the CFAO and works directly with the SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis in developing, executing, and maintaining the strategic planning, goalsetting framework, measurement, analysis and reporting processes for the Management Committee and Board at the enterprise level. This position will work closely with the Management Committee, Enterprise Risk Management and Financial Planning & Analysis teams, among others across the business, to incorporate direction and key information in formulating a multi-year strategic plan including our key risks, enterprise strategies, goals, and long-range financial projections. This position will leverage external resources as needed to validate and enhance our strategic plans and goals and be directly responsible for overseeing the measurement (through OKR’s), analysis and reporting of our progress to the Management Committee and Board on a periodic basis. The Senior Director communicates effectively across numerous leadership groups, identifies and prioritizes key themes, and crafts summary recommendations for an executive audience.
