The National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) is pleased to announce the 8th Annual Consultant & Manager Retreat, taking place October 7–8, 2026, at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Now entering its eighth year, the Consultant & Manager Retreat has become one of NASP’s premier business development events, bringing together institutional investment consultants and emerging and diverse-owned asset managers for meaningful dialogue, strategic networking, and relationship-building opportunities.
Designed to foster stronger connections throughout the institutional investment community, the Retreat features curated small group meetings, educational discussions led by industry experts, and practical conversations that help advance business opportunities while improving outcomes for institutional investors and clients.
About the Program
First launched in 2018, the NASP Consultant & Manager Retreat is a 1.5-day program designed to connect institutional investment consultants with talented emerging and diverse-owned asset management firms.
The Retreat provides investment consultants with an opportunity to identify high-quality investment managers across asset classes while giving managers valuable insight into the critical role consultants play in institutional manager selection and the most effective ways to build lasting relationships with consulting firms.
Through thoughtful programming, curated meetings, and candid discussions, the Retreat promotes diverse perspectives, knowledge sharing, and stronger investment outcomes for clients and beneficiaries.

Reserve Your Firm's Place
Investment consulting firms are invited to reserve their participation by Friday, July 31, 2026. To request participation, please email acordaro@nasphq.org and include your firm name, primary contact, and the number of representatives planning to attend.
Capacity is limited and participation will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once confirmed, participating firms will receive a formal registration invitation along with additional program details in the coming weeks.
