Position Summary

The Paralegal provides essential legal and administrative support to the firm’s attorneys by managing documentation, conducting research, and ensuring that client deliverables and matter milestones are met with accuracy and timeliness. This role strengthens Endow Law’s operations by bringing structure, consistency, and proactive communication to our legal processes in a hybrid work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Legal Support & Matter Management

  • Meet regularly with attorneys and firm professionals to discuss assigned matters, review progress, and clarify deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize legal research data. Data including statutes, regulations, decisions, and legal articles. Provide a written analysis for attorney review.
  • Draft, proof, and prepare correspondence, reports, filings, contracts, opinions, position papers, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
  • Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve client and matter files using the firm’s document management system (NetDocuments and Clio).
  • Maintain accurate records of billable hours, deadlines, and matter milestones in accordance with attorney review protocols.
  • Assist attorneys with client meeting preparation, intake documentation, conflict checks, and prospective client communications.
  • Capture meeting notes, identify deliverables, and record associated deadlines in project management systems (Airtable and Clio).
  • Support attorneys in preparing client invoices and verifying billing accuracy.
  • Attend firm meetings, training sessions, and industry events to represent the firm with professionalism and integrity.
  • Perform related client service and administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth firm operations and timely case execution.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Serve as a communication bridge between attorneys, clients, and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Provide clear written and verbal updates on assigned matters to promote transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to a collaborative hybrid environment by maintaining strong communication across both virtual and in-office settings.

Process & Systems Management

  • Consistently update project management and tracking tools with task status, timelines, and completion progress.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards in all interactions and records management.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in paralegal studies, legal services, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing legal or administrative support in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal systems (Clio, NetDocuments).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
  • Experience in public finance, municipal, or government law.
  • Familiarity with procurement, RFP preparation, and large-scale closings.
  • Working knowledge of Airtable or similar project-tracking tools.
